b. Scope of inspection of goods.
Customers can check the actual products received, compare and compare the products received with the products placed on the order after the staff Zymtaobao confirm the order according to the following criteria: sample photo, product code, size, color. material...
Absolutely do not peel and open product boxes with sealing stamps and security stamps.
It is not allowed to scratch the codes of products with points and exchange gifts.
c. Handling steps when the goods are received are not as ordered.

In case Zymtaobao wrong order is closed at the request of the customer, the customer may not receive the goods and do not pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to send a new order again, or not, zyalishopping will refund you as soon as possible.
In case the Zymtaobao pack the goods according to the order, but the customer changes their needs, the customer can request to return the goods and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will pay the delivery cost (if any).
