5. Refund Process (How to Get Your Money Back)
5.1. Refund policy for undelivered orders
a) For a refund amount of VND 50,000 or less

• Receive a refund directly to the card/e-wallet/transfer account you paid for that order. The refund period is from 3 - 5 working days depending on the payment method you have made.
• Note: Within 24 hours from the time you receive a notification message on your phone but you do not choose the refund method, zymtaobao will refund the balance in your zymtaobao account to you by default.
